Cadbury Creme Egg Fudge image

This Cadbury Creme Egg Fudge is so good, and it's really simple to make.

1 pkg Cadbury Creme Eggs (3 or 5 pack)
1/2 cup butter (or 1 stick)
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour -
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate or almond bark
1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
Pastel Sprinkles of Choice

Steps:

  • Line an 8 X 8 inch pan with Parchment paper, and make sure you leave the paper hanging over the sides to help lift the fudge out once it's set.
  • In a bowl melt butter until soft, add sugar, and vanilla, stir until combined. Place 1 cup of flour in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 1 minute, then add to butter mixture.
  • Stir until combined.
  • Add condensed milk to flour mixture and stir.
  • Melt chocolate in 30 second bursts in microwave until melted. Stirring in between. Next, add melted chocolate to condensed milk mixture.
  • Stir until the chocolate is completely blended.
  • Add to prepared dish and spread fudge evenly into the corners. Break creme eggs in half and immediately place on top of fudge, slightly pressing them into the top of the fudge. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  • Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy every bite!

It's Cadbury Egg season and there's no better way to celebrate than with this homemade fudge inspired by the classic Easter candy. A sweet cream filling sandwiched by layers of rich chocolate fudge will knock everyone's socks off!

1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups powdered sugar
pinch of kosher salt
1 Tablespoon milk
1 drop gel yellow food coloring
16 ounce milk chocolate, melted

Steps:

  • In mixer, beat the butter and corn syrup together. Add vanilla, powdered sugar, salt and milk. Beat until smooth. Remove 2/3 of mixture to separate bowl, beat in several drops of yellow food coloring to remaining mixture.
  • Line a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper. Melt chocolate according to package directions. Pour half of chocolate in pan to cover the bottom of dish. Spread white layer over chocolate. Drop yellow layer over the white layer, spreading gently with a knife. Pour remaining melted chocolate over, spreading evenly. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes.
  • Using a VERY hot knife, cut into squares, store in covered container in refrigerator. Enjoy!

Easy Cadbury Mini Egg Fudge image

An easy Cadbury mini egg fudge recipe - the perfect homemade gift for Easter!

296 g Mini Eggs (place them in a freezer bag and bash them into smaller pieces with a rolling pin)
350 g Milk Chocolate (broken into pieces)
397 g Condensed Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Steps:

  • Place the condensed milk and chopped milk chocolate into a large saucepan over a low heat and stir until melted together.
  • Add the vanilla extract and mix in.
  • Stir in three-quarters of the chopped mini eggs.
  • Pour the fudge into a square pan (20cm x 20cm) lined with parchment paper or plastic wrap (cling film) and use a spatula to smooth the top of the fudge. Sprinkle over the remaining mini eggs (including the small shards of the sugary shells) and refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
  • Cut the fudge with a sharp knife and store in the fridge.
