- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 2-1/2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved and corn syrup is bubbly, stirring frequently. Stir in vanilla and baking soda; microwave 20 seconds longer or until the mixture begins to foam. , In a large bowl, combine the cereals. Add syrup mixture and toss to coat. Transfer to two greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake, uncovered, at 300° for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove to waxed paper to cool. Store in an airtight container.

Steps:
- Grease a 1/4 dry measuring cup and the cups the muffin tray with butter.
- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and a large pinch of salt and cook, stirring occasionally, until the marshmallows melt completely, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. Add the cereal, almonds, raisins and sunflower seeds and stir with a rubber spatula, making sure to scrape down to the bottom, until the cereal is completely coated. Let the mixture cool for a few minutes and then quickly fold in the candy.
- Use the prepared measuring cup to mound the mixture into the cups of the prepared muffin tray. Pat the domes together gently to help the treats hold their shape. Let sit at room temperature until firm, about 30 minutes.
- Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
TOASTED CEREAL PARTY MIX

- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cereals, Cheezits and nuts.
- In another bowl, mix the seasonings with the melted margarine.
- Pour over the cereal mixture and stir to coat the cereal evenly.
- Spread out mixture on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Store in an airtight jar or plastic container.
- This mix tastes best if you make it 3 or 4 days ahead.

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Melt the margarine in a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Remove baking pan from oven. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, seasoning salt and onion powder. Gradually mix in the nuts, pretzels, bagel chips, crispy corn cereal squares, crispy rice cereal squares, and crispy wheat cereal squares. Evenly coat all ingredients.

- Heat oven to 250 degrees.
- Spray a roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the cereal into the pan.
- In a 3-quart saucepan combine brown sugar, butter and light corn syrup; cook over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil (about 8-10 minutes) continue cooking stirring constantly for 1 minute; remove from heat, then add in baking soda and mix well.
- Pour the syrup mixture over the cereal in the pan; toss gently until well coated.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 40-50 minutes stirring every 15 minutes or until the coating is set.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300° F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugars, cinnamon, salt and cayenne until evenly combined; set aside. In second large mixing bowl, combine Chex™, pecans and pretzels. Add in the egg whites, and toss for 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture is evenly coated. Add the sugar mixture, and continue tossing until the mixture is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture out evenly on the two prepared baking sheets. Bake for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven and toss the mixture for even cooking, breaking up chunks if needed. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the mixture is crisping up and is no longer moist. (It will continue to crisp as it cools.) Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack until the mix reaches room temperature.
- Break the mix up into small pieces if desired, then serve immediately or store in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
