EASY AND DELISH COTTAGE CHEESE (LOAF) ROAST



Easy and Delish Cottage Cheese (Loaf) Roast image

A wonderful meat substitute for those removing/eating less red meat from their diet. It really is delicious, seriously!!!

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 cups Special K cereal
8 ounces cottage cheese
1 (1 1/2 ounce) package prepared sweet-and-sour mix
1 chopped scallion
4 ounces crushed walnuts
4 eggs, beaten
4 ounces margarine

Steps:

  • I use Knorr Hot & Sour recipe mix.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Place in a greased ovenproof dish at 375ºF for 1 hour or until brown and firm on top.
