SPARKLING CHAMPAGNE LIMONCELLO COCKTAIL

Limoncello and fresh lemon juice add a citrus boost to a glass of chilled Champagne. We'll be drinking this bubbly cocktail all summer long.This recipe is courtesy of My Recipes.

Number Of Ingredients 4

Ingredients

4 lemon rind strips
4 tablespoon limoncello
2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine, chilled

Steps:

Roll up each strip of lemon rind. Place 1 into each Champagne flute.
Add 1 tablespoon limoncello and ½ teaspoon lemon juice to each glass.
Fill the glasses with Champagne. Serve immediately.

1 jigger (1 ounce) Cheryl's limoncello
Champagne, chilled
Frozen organic whole raspberries or blackberries

Steps:

Pour one ounce of limoncello into a champagne flute. Fill the glass with chilled champagne. Gently place 1-2 berries into the glass.
Drink! Repeat if desired.
Serves 1.

Steps:

Add Limoncello and sparkling wine to a champange flute. After scraping out the seeds, squeeze the juice of half of a small lemon into glass. Garnish with a lemon peel twist, or any fresh fruit of choice
