Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Place rolls, without separating them, on a flat work surface. Cut in half horizontally. Arrange bottom half in the prepared pan. Sprinkle 1 cup Cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Cook and stir beef and onion in a skillet until beef is browned, 5 to 8 minutes. Drain grease. Stir in tomatoes, 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully combined, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Spoon beef mixture over rolls. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup Cheddar cheese and bacon on top. Cover with top half of rolls.
- Combine butter, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, and 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high until butter is melted, about 1 minute. Stir until blended and pour over rolls. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.

CANADIAN BACON, EGG AND CHEESE SLIDERS

- Preheat the oven to 350˚ F. Lightly coat an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Whisk the eggs, half-and-half and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl. Pour into the pan and bake until puffed and set, 16 to 18 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Add the Canadian bacon and cook, flipping, until browned, about 1 minute per side. Remove to a cutting board and cut each slice into 4 pieces.
- Spread the butter on the cut sides of the rolls. Slice the baked eggs into 12 small pieces and lift out of the pan with a spatula; place one on each roll bottom. Top each with a piece of cheese, 2 pieces Canadian bacon and the roll tops. Thread strawberries and grapes onto skewers and serve with the sliders.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil.
- In large bowl, mix beef, salt and pepper until well blended. Shape into 12 patties, 1/4-inch thick. Place 2 cheese quarters and 2 bacon quarters onto centers of 6 patties; top with remaining patties. Firmly pinch edges to seal. Place on pan.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until instant-read thermometer inserted in center of beef part of patties reads 165°F. Remove from oven; top each burger with 2 cheese quarters. Return to oven; bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mash avocado with fork. Add dressing; mix until well blended.
- Place 1 burger on bottom half of each toasted bun. Top each burger with tomato slice, about 1 tablespoon avocado mixture and bun top.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Without separating rolls, cut each package of rolls horizontally in half; arrange bottom halves in 2 greased 13x9-in. baking pans. Sprinkle each pan of rolls with 1 cup cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes., In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, breaking beef into crumbles, 6-8 minutes; drain. Stir in tomatoes, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until combined, 1-2 minutes., Spoon beef mixture evenly over rolls; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with bacon. SUNNY'S BACON, EGG AND CHEESE SLIDER CASSEROLE

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- For the rolls: Place the rolls on a nonstick-foil-lined baking sheet or in a baking dish with the sides and bottom coated with cooking spray. With a serrated paring knife, carve out a wide circle on the top of each, cutting down and leaving about 1/2-inch of bread at the bottom. (You need to keep the bottom sturdy, so you don't want to cut all the way to the bottom.) Get your fingers in there and pull out the plug of bread. Press down the bottom with your fingers, leaving room for your filling.
- For the filling: Evenly divide the bacon into the recesses in the bread. In a medium bowl, mix the nacho cheese sauce with the Cheddar-jack blend. Divide evenly and spoon or pipe into each recess above the bacon. Crack an egg into each cavity.
- For the topping: Brush the tops of the rolls with the butter, then sprinkle with the everything bagel seasoning and Parmesan.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon; drain on paper towels., Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, bring water, milk and salt to a boil. Slowly stir in grits. Reduce heat to low; cook, covered, until thickened, 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in 1-1/2 cups cheese until melted. Slowly stir in eggs until blended.
