PINEAPPLE COCONUT RUM COCKTAIL
This Pineapple Coconut Rum Cocktail is only 5 ingredients and the perfect summer drink! So yummy and so refreshing, it's a taste of the Caribbean!

Steps:
- Blend the pineapple in a food processor until crushed. Do not strain.
- Add sugar, rum and ice.
- Add coconut milk by the 1/2 cup depending on how creamy you want it (I added the entire tin).
- Pour over ice in a jug and serve immediately.
- Substitute: If you want a thinner drink, double the pineapple, strain them and do not add coconut milk.

PINA COLADA RECIPE
This Piña Colada recipe is refreshing, not overly sweet, and tastes distinctly like coconut and pineapple. We love it and we could drink it all summer long!

Steps:
- BLENDER Pina Colada (Frozen Pina Colada - this version is served more often in restaurants) - add all ingredients into a blender container and blitz until almost smooth. Blender Pina Colada will have a slushie/smoothie consistency. You can also use a good immersion (hand) blender to mix the ingredients.
- SHAKEN Pina Colada - add all the ingredients into a shaker or a big jar. Shake it thoroughly, for a minimum of 30 seconds. It's best to use crushed ice here. You can also serve it on the rocks (simply pour the drink over ice). This drink will be a little thinner.
- Add all the ingredients into a blender container and blitz until the drink has a slushie consistency (or until smooth). You can also use a good immersion (hand) blender to mix the ingredients.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

COCONUT PINEAPPLE RUM DRINK
Steps:
- If you are using real coconut, crack that sucker open now and gather up the juice. If you are not, then just take your coconut water out of the fridge... :)
- Fill a glass with ice. First add the rum and malibu. Next add the coconut water, pineapple juice and squeeze in the lime juice. Give it a good stir.
- Top it off with club soda and serve!
