CROCK POT HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
I have yet to try this, but it is from my favorite cookbook- The Roosevelt Raccoons "All of Our Favorites" cookbook. The cookbook contains recipes from active parents and teachers of Roosevelt Elementary School, Mankato, MN. It is where I went to school, and my family submitted all of our family favorites for it. So, we probably have 10 copies of the book in our house!

Steps:
- Place layer of vegetables in crock pot in the order given.
- Season each layer with salt and pepper.
- Put lightly browned ground beef on top of the celery.
- Mix the tomato soup with the water and pour into crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours (high 3 to 4 hours), stirring occasionally.
CROCK POT HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
This recipe has been made in our family in the oven for years, so I thought I should give it a try in the crock pot! So I give you my Crock Pot Hamburger Casserole. You can thank me later.

Steps:
- Put your ground beef and minced onion in a skillet over medium-high heat, brown and drain
- Spray your crock pot with cooking spray
- Spread your browned ground beef and onion mixture evenly across the bottom of your crock pot
- Mix together your gravy mixes and water
- Pour over ground beef
- Place your biscuits on top
- Take 6-8 paper towels and put under your lid when you place it on your crock pot (to keep the condensation off of your biscuits)
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours

CROCK POT HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and celery. Set aside.
- Grease the bottom and sides of the slow cooker.
- Layer the sliced potatoes, carrots, and peas in that order, sprinkling each layer lightly with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Top the peas with the ground beef mixture.
- In a bowl, mix the tomato soup with water; pour over ground beef.
- Cover and cook in on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Stir about halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy!

CREAMY HAMBURGER POTATO CASSEROLE

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 7x11-inch baking pan.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
- Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, 3/4 cup milk, seasoned salt, and black pepper in a bowl; fold in potatoes.
- Spread half the potato mixture into the prepared baking pan; top with Cheddar cheese. Spoon 1/2 the ground beef over cheese layer. Top ground beef layer with remaining potato mixture; layer with remaining ground beef.
- Mix remaining 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/4 cup milk; pour mixture over ground beef layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven until casserole is bubbling, about 1 hour 20 minutes. Sprinkle French-fried onions over casserole; return to oven for 5 more minutes.

The traditional hash brown casserole side dish is made even easier. Prepare ahead of time and start cooking when you need to. This dish is also great to take to parties.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, stir together the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Gradually mix in the hash browns until evenly coated.
- Coat the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray or butter. Spoon the hashbrown mixture into the slow cooker. Cover, and cook on High for 1 1/2 hours, then reduce heat to Low, and cook for an additional 2 1/2 hours.

- Spray crockpot.
- Layer ingredients into pot.
- Potatoes, onion, hamburger, soup mix.

- ENJOY! (We like it with Ketchup).
