Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup dates
3 large bananas or 4 medium bananas
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Steps:

  • Slice the dates in half & remove the pits then chop into large pieces. Cut the bananas into 1/2 inch thick rounds then cut the rounds in half.
  • Whip the cream & sugar together with an electric mixer until stiff peaks are formed.
  • Gently fold in the bananas and the dates. Separate into individual serving dishes and sprinkle with cinnamon. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

An easy dessert that will hold in the fridge until wanted after dinner. The recipe gave no time so the 20 mins given is a total guess.

100 g dates
200 ml cream, heavy
sugar, to taste (optional)
5 almonds
5 pistachios

Steps:

  • Wash and remove seed from100 grams dates.
  • Beat 200 ml cream until its thick, beat in any sugar you will be using if desired, being sure to beat until sugar is dissolved.
  • Slice 5 almonds and 5 pistachios finely.
  • In a deep platter place cream and dates and garnish with almonds and pistachios.
  • Chill and serve.
