CINNAMON APPLE CAKE
A tender Cinnamon Apple Cake drizzled with a milk glaze.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F) standard / 160 C (320 F) fan-forced. Grease and line an 8-inch round cake pan with baking or parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Add chopped apple and stir briefly to combine.
- In a separate bowl, add eggs, vanilla, oil and yoghurt. Whisk briefly just to break up the egg yolks.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and gently mix with a wooden spoon until combined - but be careful not to over mix. Spoon batter into prepared tin.
- To make cinnamon topping, combine cinnamon, sugar and butter. Mix together until lumpy and wet. Sprinkle over cake batter.
- Bake cake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the middle comes out clean. Transfer cake to a wire rack to cool completely.
- To make the glaze, mix together sugar and 1 tablespoon of milk. Stir until smooth. If the glaze is too thick, add an extra tablespoon of milk. Drizzle glaze all over the cake.

This is a recipe created by me. It is very simple and doesn't involve many items! You can also make this in the regular easy bake oven. You can also try experimenting with this! Instead of adding apples you can put honey or something you'd like! Have fun! (The pancake is very fluffy and delicious and taste like cake)

- Preheat your easy bake ultimate oven for 20 minutes.
- Spray your easy bake oven pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl mix together the pancake mix and milk (you can add as much milk as you want, just keep on stiring in milk until the batter is sticky).
- Mix in the sugar.
- Stir in the cinnamon (you may add in as much as you want i usually add a tablespoon because i love cinnamon).
- Fold in the diced apple pieces.
- Pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake for 10 - 25 minutes.

- To make cake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine granulated sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a large mixing bowl. In a separate mixing bowl, combine eggs, apples, oil and vanilla. Add mixture to the dry ingredients, and stir just until well mixed. Batter will be thick. Pour cake batter into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. To make Caramel Sauce: Combine butter, sugars, and evaporated milk in medium saucepan over medium high heat. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil for 1 minute. Add cinnamon and vanilla. Cool. Cut cake and serve with caramel sauce. If desired, top with ice cream or whipped topping.
