Steps:
- Calienta 2 cdas. de vinagreta en una sartén grande a fuego medio-alto. Añade la calabaza; cocínala 10 min. o hasta que esté ligeramente dorada, revolviendo frecuentemente.
- Añade el agua, el azúcar y las hojuelas de chile; revuelve. Deja que esto hierva; cocínalo a fuego medio-bajo 15 min. o hasta que el líquido se haya evaporado y la calabaza esté blanda; revuélvela de vez en cuando. Incorpora la vinagreta restante. Enfría esta mezcla ligeramente.
- Mezcla las lechugas con la mezcla de calabaza y los demás ingredientes justo antes de servir la ensalada.
