This delicious Jalapeno Ranch dressing and dip is made in less than 10 minutes. Thick and creamy from Greek yogurt, this dressing is healthy and delicious.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1.25 cups nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 garlic clove
1 jalapeno, seeded and deveined
1/4 cup fresh parsley
2 tbsp fresh cilantro (or basil)
1 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Combine everything in a food processor. Pulse until combined. Season well with salt and pepper.
  • For best results store in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. If too thick, thin with milk or water.

1/2 C. Light Mayonnaise
1/2 C. Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1/3 C. Light Sour Cream
1/3 C. Fresh Cilantro
1/3 C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
4 Oz. Chopped Green Chiles
1-4 Oz. Pickled Jalapeños (Depending on spice level desired.)
1 (0.74 Oz.) Pkg. Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
2 Garlic Cloves
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Steps:

  • Toss everything into a blender or food processor.
  • Blend away to creamy bliss.
  • Serve as a dip, salad dressing, or even with tacos, enchiladas, or fajitas!
  • Enjoy!
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.

1/3 cup nonfat or low-fat plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup buttermilk
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
5 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
4 scallions, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon chopped jalapeno
1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
One 14-ounce bag coleslaw mix

Steps:

  • In a blender or mini food processor, combine the yogurt, buttermilk, mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of the cilantro, half of the scallions, the garlic, jalapenos, chipotle powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper. Process until smooth.
  • Put the coleslaw, the remaining 2 tablespoons cilantro and the remaining scallions in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss to coat.

1 (5/8 ounce) packet hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1 (16 ounce) container fat free sour cream
3/4 cup cilantro (about 1/3 of a bunch)
3/4 cup pickled jalapeno pepper (there are different levels of spice available, so you can make it as spicy as you like!)
1/4 cup skim milk

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in the blender. It seems to work best if you put the milk and jalapenos in first.
  • Then just puree it until its the consistency you like.
  • Refrigerate after preparing.
  • Enjoy!

1 (16 ounce) jar large deli sliced jalapeno peppers (such as Mezzetta® Deli-Sliced Jalapenos)
½ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing mix
1 medium lime, zested and juiced
3 cups vegetable oil
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
⅓ cup water
¼ cup cornstarch

Steps:

  • Drain peppers and reserve 1/4 cup plus 1 teaspoon of brine from the jar. Pat peppers dry with paper towels.
  • Combine sour cream, ranch seasoning, the zest and juice of the lime, and one teaspoon of reserved jalapeño liquid. Stir well and set aside. This could be made up to 3 days ahead.
  • Pour oil in a small saucepan and heat over medium heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Whisk together flour, taco seasoning, remaining reserved jalapeño juice, and water in a shallow dish until smooth. Toss dried jalapeños in cornstarch until lightly coated and shake off any excess. Coat slices in flour mixture with a fork and allow the excess to drip off.
  • Add several coated slices to the hot oil and fry until golden and crisp, 1 1/2 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel to drain and repeat with remaining jalapeños, in batches. Serve immediately with ranch dip.
