1 apple, diced
1 pear, diced

1 (10 ounce) package mixed baby greens

2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Whisk the mustard and vinegar together in a small bowl. Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking to create a dressing; set aside.
  • Place the apple, pear, cranberries, baby greens, blue cheese, and walnuts into a large salad bowl. Toss gently to mix, then pour on the dressing, and toss to coat.

1 each green and red apple, coarsely chopped
8 cups coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted

Steps:

  • Mix mayo and dressing until blended. Add to apples in medium bowl; mix lightly.
  • Spoon into large straight-sided clear bowl; top with layers of all remaining ingredients except nuts.

2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
3 Braeburn apples, cored, thinly sliced into rings
3 Granny Smith apples, cored, thinly sliced into rings
1 cup dried cranberries or cherries
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans, toasted

Steps:

  • In 1-quart saucepan, heat sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper to boiling. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat. Cool completely. Stir in oil and gingerroot with wire whisk.
  • In large shallow glass dish, place apple rings in single layer. Pour dressing over apples and turn to coat with dressing. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
  • Use slotted spoon to arrange apple rings on salad plates. Evenly sprinkle with cranberries and pecans. Drizzle with leftover dressing from dish, if desired.

⅔ cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving liquid in 1-qt. liquid measuring cup. Remove 1 Tbsp. of the crushed pineapple; set aside for garnish. Add enough cold water to reserved liquid to measure 3 cups; pour into large saucepan. Bring to boil; remove from heat. Add gelatin; stir at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add cranberry sauce; stir until well blended. (Note: Due to the presence of whole berries in the cranberry sauce, the gelatin mixture will not be smooth.) Pour into large bowl. 1 (20 ounce) can dole crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (6 ounce) package jell-o brand raspberry gelatin powder
1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 medium dole apple, chopped
2/3 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple, reserving liquid in 1-quart liquid measuring cup. Remove 1 tablespoons of the crushed pineapple, set aside for garnish.
