In a blender, combine the rum, limeade concentrate, strawberries and ice. Cover and process until smooth and thickened (use more ice for thicker daiquiris). Pour into cocktail glasses. , To garnish each daiquiri, cut a 1/2-in. slit into the tip of a strawberry; position berry on rim of glass.

30 ml / 1 oz sugar syrup ((Note 2))
60 ml / 2 oz lime juice (, fresh)
120 ml / 4 oz white rum ((Note 3))
Fresh strawberries (, cut slit in base)
Lime slices

Steps:

Place all ingredients in a blender or Nutribullet.
Blitz until all strawberries are blitzed.
Taste and adjust sweet with more syrup, sour with lime (and booze if you dare!).

Steps:

Measure the 8 cups of frozen strawberries (or peaches or whatever) into a LARGE blender pitcher. (If you don't have a huge blender, just halve the recipe - you'll just be making it more often is all!).

200g ice
100ml rum
juice ½ lime
1 strawberry, halved
2 slices of limes
2 cocktail sticks

Steps:

Blend the strawberries then push the resulting puree through a sieve to remove some of the seeds. Tip the sieved puree into the blender again and add the ice, rum and lime juice. Blend again and divide the mixture between 2 Martini glasses.
Thread the lime slices and strawberry halves onto the cocktail sticks and place onto the edge of the glass, serve immediately.
