FURR'S LIGHT GREEN JELLO SALAD RECIPE

Steps:

• Using your cold mixing bowl, add your heavy cream and whip until stiff peaks form. Set aside in a chilled area.
• In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese and beat for roughly 5 minutes until soft and pliable.
• Add the drained pineapples and beat until incorporated. Set aside.
• In another large mixing bowl, empty gelatin and add the boiling water. Stir until the gelatin has dissolved.
• Pour the cold water into the mixture and stir.
• Add the gelatin mixture into the pineapple-cheese mixture and fold until evenly incorporated.
• Lastly, fold your whipped cream into your gelatin and cheese mixture until evenly incorporated.
• Pour the mixture into a 9-inch greased springform cake tin of your choice and place the cake tin on top of a baking sheet.
• Sprinkle the pecans on top and chill the mixture for at least 4 hours to overnight, or until the mixture has set.
• When ready to unmold, heat the sides of your cake tin with a kitchen torch until just warm but not hot. You should also see the gelatin "detach" itself from the springform lid. You may also need an offset spatula to pry the gelatin from the mould.
• Gently remove the springform lid, and portion accordingly. Enjoy your delicious jello salad!

CITRUS JELL-O® SALAD

Steps:

• Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl, stirring for about 3 minutes; mix cold water and orange juice into gelatin. Pour gelatin mixture into a glass serving dish. Stir red grapefruit and mandarin oranges into mixture and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
• Whisk topping and mayonnaise in a bowl until smoothly combined; serve gelatin salad with a spoonful of dressing over each portion.

FURR'S LIGHT GREEN JELLO SALAD

Steps:

• In large mixing bowl empty gelatin.
• Add two cups of boiling water and stir until dissolved.
• Pour 1 cup cold water into mixture and blend.
• Add drained crushed pineapple, cottage cheese, and whipped topping. Stir mixture until whipped topping is smooth and blended, there should be no large lumps of topping.
• Pour into 9" x 13" pan and sprinkle with nuts on top, chill until set.

GREEN STUFF ( LIME JELLO FRUIT SALAD )

Steps:

• Blend cottage cheese, and lime jello together, then fold in Cool Whip until well mixed.
• Fold in the 1 cup of mini marshmallows. (I use about 3/4 cup).
• Drain fruit and fold into mixture last.
• Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.

SWEETHEART JELL-O SALAD

Steps:

• Soften gelatin in cold water. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, bring sugar and pineapple with juice to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add lemon and cherry juices. Cool to lukewarm. Whisk in cream cheese until thoroughly combined. Stir in the cherries and food coloring if desired. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into an oiled 13x9-in. pan or 8-1/2-cup mold; chill until firm. Serve the mold or individual squares on lettuce-lined plates if desired.

FURR'S FRUIT PUNCH JELL-O SALAD

Steps:

• Place Jell-O in a mixing bowl add 3 cups of boiling water, stir to dissolve Jell-O. Place the two and one half cups of cold water in Jell-O and blend thoroughly.
• Pour one cup of gelatin in small bowl and set aside and do not chill. Place Jell-O in a serving dish or 13″ x 9″ pan. Chill Jell-O until soft set. When Jell-O is soft set remove from refrigerator.
• Place fruit cocktail on top of Jell-O. Sprinkle coconut on top of fruit cocktail place marshmallows on top of all and arrange evenly. Press all very lightly with a spoon. Pour the reserved liquid Jell-O mixture on top of marshmallows. Place Jell-O back into the refrigerator until the salad is completely set.
