Steps:
- combine all ingredients in heavy sauce pan
- boil stirring constantly.
- until a soft ball forms when tested in water
- spray pam in pan
- pour into really well buttered pan
- sprinkle with nuts
- put in your favorite cinnamon roll recipe
- let rise untl double
- bake in 400 degree oven uuntil nicely browned about 20 minutes turn out IMMEDIATELY.

Steps:
- In a cup, combine yeast, warm water and 1 tsp sugar. Stir and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix milk, remaining sugar, butter, salt and eggs. Stir well.
- Add yeast mixture.
- Add half the flour and beat until smooth.
- Stir in enough of the remaining flour until dough is stiff.
- Turn out onto a well-floured board.
- Knead for 10 minutes.
- Place in a plastic bowl and cover.
- Let dough rise in a warm place until double in bulk. This may take 1 1/2 hours.
- Punch down dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Roll out on a floured surface into a 15x20 inch rectangle.
- To prepare filling----------.
- Spread dough with half cup butter.
- Mix together 1 1/2 cups sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over buttered dough.
- Sprinkle with walnuts and raisins.
- Roll up and pinch edge together to seal.
- Cut into 12 slices.
- Coat bottom of a 13 by 9 inch baking pan and an 8 inch square pan with remaining 1/2 cup melted butter.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup sugar.
- Place cinnamon roll slices close together in pans.
- Let rise in a warm place until dough is doubled in bulk i.e. for about 45 minutes.
- Topping----------.
- In a saucepan, place all ingredients except for pecans.
- Melt these ingredients on range top.
- Mix in pecans and then pour over the top of rolls.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
- Cool.

Steps:
- Mix water and yeast together in a bowl. Let stand until yeast softens and begins to form a creamy foam, about 5 minutes.
- Whisk buttermilk and oil into the yeast mixture. Stir in flour, salt, and baking soda until dough comes together.
- Turn dough out onto a floured work surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. Let dough rest for 15 minutes.
- Whisk 3/4 cup brown sugar, 4 tablespoons melted butter, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
- Roll dough out into a 12-inch long rectangle about 1/4-inch thick. Spread cinnamon mixture evenly on top. Roll up lengthwise into a log; cut into 1-inch slices using a serrated knife.
- Whisk remaining 3/4 cup brown sugar, 6 tablespoons melted butter, and molasses together in a small bowl. Pour into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Arrange dough slices on top. Cover and let rise at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top, 20 to 25 minutes.

- You can mix the dough by hand, with a stand mixer, or in a bread machine: Combine the milk, eggs, butter, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. The butter will look clumpy.
- Add the bread flour and 1-1/4 cups of the all-purpose flour. Mix by hand or with the stand mixer or bread machine. If you are using a bread machine turn the machine to dough setting. You may need to help the ingredients blend together in the first minute of mixing by stirring the edges with a spatula.
- If the dough is too sticky, gradually add the rest of the all-purpose flour. Continue to knead until the dough is soft and smooth. (See the video to see the texture of the dough).
- Place the dough in an oiled boil. Cover and let rise for 1 to 2 hours. It will get puffy and almost double in size.
