GRAPE MARTINI

Steps:

• Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into a martini cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a cherry at the bottom, and serve.

FROZEN GRAPETINI

Steps:

• Thread 3 grapes onto each cocktail pick and freeze until ready to serve, at least 2 hours.
• In a shallow bowl, mix together the lemon zest and coarse sugar.
• Moisten the rims of 4 martini glasses with the lemon. Dip the rims of the glasses into the lemon-sugar.
• Squeeze the juice from the lemon into a pitcher and add the grape juice and vodka. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour 1/2 of the vodka mixture into the cocktail shaker and shake for 20 seconds. Pour into 2 of the prepared glasses. Repeat with the remaining vodka mixture. Place a cocktail pick into each glass and serve.

GRAPE CRUSH MARTINI

Steps:

• Reserve 4 grapes for garnish. Crush remaining grapes in a shaker with a wooden spoon to release juice. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer; discard solids. (You should have about 1/2 cup juice.) Rinse out shaker. Stir vodka and sugar in a bowl until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Combine grape juice, vodka mixture, lime juice and ice in shaker. Shake well and strain into 4 martini glasses. Garnish each with 1 grape and serve.

CONCORD COSMOPOLITAN MARTINI

Steps:

• Pour the vodka, Cointreau, and grape juice into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glasses to serve.

GRAPE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Thoroughly wash and pat dry each bunch of grapes. Divide among 4 dessert plates and serve each with 1 tablespoon of the dessert wine.

CRAN-GRAPE COCKTAIL

Steps:

• If serving over ice, pour vodka in glass first then the juice then the soda.
• If serving as a martini, cut ingredients in half and shake together with ice and strain into martini glass.
