Here's what you need: small cucumbers, carrots, beetroots, Radishes, tomatoes, micro greens

Number Of Ingredients 6

Ingredients

5 small cucumbers, cut into thin stripes
5 carrots, cut into sticks
5 beetroots, cut into sticks
5 Radishes, cut into sticks
5 tomatoes, cut into slices
7 micro greens, of your choice

Steps:

Cut the ingredients as mentioned.
Roll the cucumber slices and place vegetable sticks as shown in the picture. Arrange the rest of the other ingredients as shown.
Serve.
Enjoy!
