This herb and cheese spread is great on crackers, sandwiches when bored with mayo and mustard, or tucked into beef Wellington! It's so much cheaper to make it than buy it.

- Mix together the butter, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, parsley, thyme, dill, basil, and pepper in a bowl until evenly combined. Chill in refrigerator overnight or 8 hours. This can be frozen for long-term storage.

- Stir together cream cheese, herbs, zest, lemon juice, table salt, and cayenne.
- Slice 32 (1/8-inch-thick) rounds from cucumber with slicer. Trim bottoms from radishes, then slice into 32 (1/16-inch-thick) rounds with slicer. Top each cucumber slice with a radish slice and 1/2 teaspoon herbed cream cheese. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and serve immediately.

Cute little stuffed puff pastry rounds. These are great for summer parties, showers, etc. and you gotta love how easy puff pastry is. Vary the herbs to suit the occasion.

Steps:
- Thaw pastry sheets at room temperature for about 20 minutes before unfolding.
- Place each rectangle on lightly floured board and cut out about 2 1/2 inch rounds with biscuit cutter.
- Prick rounds with a fork and bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 350F for 18-20 minutes; cool.
- While the puffs are baking, beat together the cream cheese, herbs, seasoned salt and hot pepper sauce until well combined.
- When the pastry rounds are cool, slit through the middle but do not cut all the way through.
- Spread the inside of the pastries with the cream cheese mix and sprinkle with green pepper.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.

HERB CREAM CHEESE
There's nothing better than homemade herb cream cheese! Packed with fresh herbs, it's an easy appetizer or spread for bagels.

- Make sure the cream cheese is softened. Leave it out at room temperature for 1 hour, or place it on a plate in the microwave, cook 5 seconds, flip over the block of cheese and cook another 5 seconds. (If it's not room temperature at this point, cook another few seconds, but air on the conservative side.)
- Chop the herbs. Mix everything together in a bowl, adding a little Greek yogurt, milk or sour cream 1 tablespoon at a time if you'd like a fluffier, more spreadable texture (we used 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt).
- Make whipped cream cheese by adding 1/2 tablespoon milk and whipping the cream cheese in a food processor or stand mixer. Then add the chopped herbs and pulse until combined.

- In a small bowl, beat the spreadable cheese, cream cheese, cream and garlic until blended. Beat in the herbs, salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Fold in artichokes and red peppers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour., Unroll both tubes of crescent roll dough. On a lightly floured surface, form each tube of dough into a long rectangle; seal seams and perforations. Roll each into a 16-in. x 12-in. rectangle. Cut lengthwise into four strips and width-wise into three strips; separate squares. , Place 1 rounded tablespoon of filling in the center of each square.
