Hidden Valley Ranch Beer Dip Recipes
HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH BEER DIP
A co-worker brought this to a party and its been a party staple ever since. We like pretzels with this dip but you can use tortilla chips, potato chips or even vegetables.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients well, I use a hand mixer as it lends a more fluffy dip.
- For a different & spicy flavor use the Fiesta Dip mix.
- Chill in refrigerator at least a few hours if not overnight so the flavors can blend well (cooking time is actually refrigerator time).
- Enjoy.

- Combine sour cream and ranch dip.
- Spread refried beans in the bottom of a glass pie pan.
- Spread ranch dip over top of refried beans.
- Top with the other ingredients: cheese, olives, onions, tomato.

- In a pan set over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add diced onions and garlic and cook until softened, stirring occasionally, about 4 to 5 minutes. Add ground beef and sauté until almost cooked through and crumbled, another 3 to 4 minutes. Add beer, turn heat to high and bring to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer and cook until beer has mostly evaporated. Set aside to cool.
- Mix contents of dips packet with sour cream. Add beef mixture and cilantro. Stir well to combine. Refrigerate 1 hour to thicken.
