Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- Place the ham in a small roasting pan, cut-side down, and pour 1/2 cup water into the bottom of the pan. Cover the pan tightly with foil. Bake until the ham is heated through, about 1 1/2 hours.
- Meanwhile, combine the honey, brown sugar, butter, Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard and thyme in a small saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat until the sugar has dissolved, about 2 minutes.
- Increase the oven temperature to 375 degrees F. While the ham is still hot, remove the foil and carefully pour off the water from the roasting pan; it is fine if a little water remains. Brush about half of the glaze over the ham. Return to the oven, uncovered, for 5 minutes, until the ham is golden brown and beginning to glaze. Brush with the remaining glaze and bake for another 7 to 10 minutes, until the ham is well-browned and glazy; be careful not to let the glaze burn. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 x 9 or 9 x 13 baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. This is an important step because the cheese will melt and can stick to the foil.
- Use a long serrated knife to slice the rolls in half, lengthwise, so you have a slab of rolls. Don't pull the rolls apart or individually slice them because you want the rolls to be completely connected. Place the bottom side of the rolls in the pan.
- Layer half of the ham over the rolls. Layer with the cheese and repeat. You can use any type of cheese you want -- Swiss, Cheddar, Pepper Jack, etc.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the dijon mustard (you can substitute regular mustard), poppy seeds, dried onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Brush the butter mixture all over the rolls. Evenly spread it over the top and allow some of the butter mixture to drip to the base of the rolls.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake covered for about 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted. It may take slightly longer depending on the thickness of cheese and ham. Uncover the foil and bake for 3 to 5 minutes longer. Serve hot!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Start by cutting your buns in half. Try to leave the buns connected together and simply cut the tops off. In a greased 8 x 8 baking pan, lay down the bottom half of the buns. Spread about ½ cup Honey Mustard. Next, cover with ham and then cheese slices. Place the top of the buns back on top. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine Avocado Oil and reserved 1 tablespoon Honey Mustard; mix. You may need to warm slightly in the microwave to make it easier to combine and spread. Brush over the tops of the buns. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted. Serve warm with additional Honey Mustard for dipping. Makes 12 sliders.
