12 Corn Taco Shells (Hard Shells)
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 Package Gluten Free or Regular Taco Seasoning
Shredded Lettuce
Black Beans (Rinsed & Drained)
Shredded Mexican Cheese
Toppings (Tomatoes, Onions, Salsa)

Steps:

  • In a medium sized skillet, add the turkey and brown.
  • Drain if needed, add in the taco seasoning as instructed on the package.
  • Build taco with the shell, cooked meat, lettuce, beans, and cheese.
  • Add the tacos to the air fryer. It's best to foil line it and then spray with non-stick cooking spray. Note - Adding foil is optional if you do foil line the basket of the air fryer be sure not to fully cover it in order to allow the air to still flow.
  • Cook on 355*F or 360*F for 4 Minutes until crispy. (Some Air Fryers have 355 degrees as an option and others only have 350 or 360 degrees)

3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon lime juice
4 tilapia fillets (4 ounces each)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg white, beaten
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
Cooking spray
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon each white pepper, cayenne pepper and paprika
8 corn tortillas (6 inches), warmed
1 large tomato, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Place sour cream, chiles, cilantro and lime juice in a food processor; cover and process until blended. Set aside. , Cut each tilapia fillet lengthwise into 2 portions. Place flour, egg white and bread crumbs in separate shallow bowls. Dip tilapia in flour, then egg white, then crumbs. , Preheat air fryer to 400°. In batches, arrange fillets in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket; spritz with cooking spray. Cook until fish flakes easily with a fork, 10-12 minutes, turning once. , Combine seasonings; sprinkle over fish. Place a portion of fish on each tortilla; top with about 2 tablespoons sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with tomato. If desired, top with additional cilantro.

1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 (1 ounce) envelope taco seasoning mix
12 slices American cheese, cut in half
12 (6 inch) flour tortillas
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place refried beans in a bowl. Add taco seasoning and stir until evenly combined.
  • Place 1 piece of cheese in the middle of a tortilla. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the bean mixture over the cheese. Place another piece of cheese on top of the beans. Fold tortilla over and press down to seal the taco. Repeat with remaining tortillas, beans, and cheese.
  • Spray both sides of the tacos with non-stick cooking spray. Place tacos in the basket of the air fryer, making sure none are overlapping.
  • Cook for 3 minutes. Flip tacos and cook for 3 minutes more. Repeat with remaining tacos.
