1/2 cup brewed espresso
1 to 2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup whole milk

Steps:

Pour 1 tablespoon of the brewed espresso into a large measuring cup or bowl. Whisk in the sugar until the sugar is dissolved and the espresso resembles a paste. Top with the remaining espresso. Fill 2 glasses with ice and divide the espresso between the glasses. Add the milk and more ice to a quart jar and shake until the milk is very cold and frothy. Top each glass of espresso with half of the milk. Stir and serve immediately.

2 teaspoons instant coffee
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
sugar (optional)
1 teaspoon left over coffee (optional)
2 teaspoons cold water
1 1/4 cups milk (low fat or other)
chocolate shavings (optional)

Steps:

Put the first 5 ingredients into a blender.
Pulse blend until the ingredients are smooth and frothy.
Add the cold milk and pulse blend until all the ingredients are blended well.
Pour of a few cubes of ice, add the chocolate and voula!
Sometimes I add the ice to the blender after the first five ingredients have been blended and crush the ice and then add the milk and mix.

1 -2 tablespoon milk or 1 -2 tablespoon cream, to taste
1 (1 g) packet Splenda sugar substitute, to taste (or more, or equivalent in preferred sweetener)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
ice

Steps:

Fill a tall glass 2/3 full of ice.
Add cream, Splenda, and vanilla.
Add coffee and stir well.

3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 cups hot strong brewed coffee
Ground cinnamon

Steps:

Place milk in a 2-cup microwave-safe measuring cup. Microwave, uncovered, on high until milk is hot and small bubbles form around edge of cup, 1-2 minutes., Divide condensed milk among four glass mugs; carefully pour coffee over milk. , Place a metal whisk in warm milk; whisk vigorously by holding whisk handle loosely between palms and quickly rubbing hands back and forth to create foam. Remove foam to another 2-cup measuring cup as it forms. Continue whisking milk until foam measures 2 cups. Spoon foam over coffee. Discard any remaining milk. Sprinkle foam with cinnamon; serve with a spoon.
