LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

Steps:

• Put the ice cubes in a mixing glass. Add the gin, vodka, rum, tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Stir well, then strain into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Add enough Coca Cola to fill the glass, and decorate with the slice of lemon.
• Note: To make sugar syrup, heat 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves.

CALIFORNIA ICED TEA

Steps:

• Steep the 4 tea bags in 4 cups of boiling water for 10 minutes. Discard the tea bags and allow the tea to cool.
• Combine the lemon juice, sugar and 4 cups of cold water in a large pitcher. Add the tea and lemon slices. Serve over ice.

LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

Steps:

• In a large pitcher, combine the ice, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, triple sec, maple syrup, lemon juice and lime juice. Add the salt, which accentuates all of the flavors. Stir with a wooden spoon until the pitcher feels cold to the touch and the ice has dissolved slightly, about 30 seconds. Top with the Coca-Cola.
• To serve, pour the cocktail into individual glasses filled with fresh ice, and garnish with lemon and lime slices. Sprinkle with more salt, if you'd like.

ICED MARGARITAS

Steps:

• Pour the salt onto a small plate. Rub the outside rim of each glass with the cut lime. Dip each glass into the reserved salt; set aside.
• Place lime juice, lemon juice, triple sec, and 3 cups ice in a blender, and puree on low speed until completely blended. Add tequila and blend for 2 seconds. Pour margaritas into the reserved glasses, over ice, and serve immediately.

ICED TEA GRANITA

Steps:

• Place tea bags in a large bowl and pour boiling water over tea bags; steep 10 minutes.
• Remove and discard tea bags.
• Combine sugar, 1/2 cup water, and light-colored corn syrup in a saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
• Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes.
• Add sugar mixture and fresh lemon juice to tea; stir to combine.
• Let cool to room temperature and pour cooled tea mixture into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish; cover and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
• Remove tea mixture from freezer; scrape entire mixture with a fork until fluffy.
• Spoon into a container; cover and freeze for up to 1 month.
• Garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs, if desired.

TITORITA

Steps:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
• Shake and strain into a glass over ice or into a martini glass.
• For a spicy kick, add three jalapeno slices to the shaker.
• Garnish with a lime slice.
