This is an easy, delicious desert that tastes just like the famous Girl Scout cookies!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease bottom of 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Stir brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs together in a bowl until well-blended. Spread mixture in prepared baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the side of the dish comes out almost clean, about 25 minutes.
- Transfer baking dish from oven to wire cooking rack and while still hot, arrange mint candies across the top about 1/4- to 1/2-inch apart. Let sit until candies melt, about 3 minutes. Spread melted mints evenly over brownies with a spatula. Cool until top layer hardens, 4 to 5 hours.

- Place Thin Mints or Keebler Grasshopper Cookies in a food processor with the cream cheese and process until the mixture starts to form a ball. Alternately, you can crush the cookies in a bag without a food processor and then work in the cream cheese with a hand mixer and your hands until it comes together.
- Crumble the mixture over the cooled brownies. Press to entirely cover. It will seem like there’s not enough, but there is. Just keep pressing (but gently, so you don’t rip the brownies).
- Melt the chocolate chips and Crisco in a medium bowl on HIGH in 30 second increments, stirring between each. (It will take about 1 1/2 minutes to become smooth.) Pour over truffle mixture and spread evenly. Chill until set.
- Let the brownies sit at room temperature at least 20 minutes before slicing into squares. Store in an airtight container. They can be frozen for up to one month.

- In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and butter on medium (50% power) for 3-4 minutes or until butter is melted.

- Using parchment overhang, lift brownies from pan. Return brownies to wire rack and let cool completely, about 1 hour. Cut into 2-inch squares and serve.
