FRESH CRANBERRY SAUCE WITH MANDARIN ORANGES
This is the quintessential cranberry sauce from the Ocean Spray package to which I add a can of Mandarin oranges---(I use unsweetened, especially if you use sugar---don't want to completely drown out the tart berries!) I also substitute Splenda or other sweetener for sugar.

CRANBERRY FRUIT RELISH
Rich color, a perky texture and tongue-tingling flavor make this relish a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. It's lovely for a special dinner, a ladies luncheon or as a stand-alone salad topped with cottage cheese. It's also a great way to use up holiday cranberries. -Henryetta Lewis Santa Fe, New Mexico

Steps:
- Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl you're going to use for serving, stirring gently so you don't break up the orange pieces too much.
- Chill for at least an hour before serving, so the raisins can soak up the lemon juice and the juice from the sauce. You can make this a couple of days ahead if you like - it keeps beautifully for up to a week.
