- Place cubed mangos, sugar, cream, and ice into a blender; puree until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a large resealable plastic freezer bag. Seal, and freeze for 45 minutes to an hour. Move the contents around in the bag every 15 minutes while freezing.

- Cut mangoes into ½-inch (1.3 cm) cubes and put on baking sheet. Cover and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
- In a food processor, add the frozen mango, water, and honey. Mix until the mixture is smooth.
- Remove from food processor and scoop into tray.
- Freeze for one additional hour.
- Enjoy!

- Combine first 3 ingredients in heavy small saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture boils. Cool syrup slightly.
- Puree mangoes, syrup and lime juice in processor until smooth. Transfer mixture to pie plate. Freeze, stirring occasionally until slushy, about 2 hours. Continue freezing until firm. Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature. Break up into chunks. Return mixture to processor and process until smooth. Serve.

- Place the frozen mango and banana into a food processor with the lime zest and juice. Blitz on high until the mixture is the consistency of a thick sorbet (you can add a couple of tablespoons of ice-cold water if the consistency looks too thick).
