MANGO SORBET WITH TEQUILA

Steps:

• Pour about 1/2 ounce gold tequila into shot glasses and add small scoops of mango sorbet, then sprinkle with chile-lime seasoning.

CREAMY MANGO SORBET

Steps:

• Place cubed mangos, sugar, cream, and ice into a blender; puree until smooth.
• Pour mixture into a large resealable plastic freezer bag. Seal, and freeze for 45 minutes to an hour. Move the contents around in the bag every 15 minutes while freezing.

MANGO SORBET

Steps:

• Place cubed mango in a food processor, and puree. Pour in simple syrup and lime juice, and puree until smooth.
• Place in an ice cream maker. Freeze thoroughly.

3-INGREDIENT MANGO SORBET RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Cut mangoes into ½-inch (1.3 cm) cubes and put on baking sheet. Cover and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
• In a food processor, add the frozen mango, water, and honey. Mix until the mixture is smooth.
• Remove from food processor and scoop into tray.
• Freeze for one additional hour.
• Enjoy!

QUICK MANGO SORBET

Steps:

• Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Serve immediately. If desired, for a firmer texture, cover and freeze at least 3 hours.

MANGO ICE WITH TEQUILA AND LIME

Steps:

• Combine first 3 ingredients in heavy small saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture boils. Cool syrup slightly.
• Puree mangoes, syrup and lime juice in processor until smooth. Transfer mixture to pie plate. Freeze, stirring occasionally until slushy, about 2 hours. Continue freezing until firm. Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature. Break up into chunks. Return mixture to processor and process until smooth. Serve.

MANGO SORBET

Steps:

• Place the frozen mango and banana into a food processor with the lime zest and juice. Blitz on high until the mixture is the consistency of a thick sorbet (you can add a couple of tablespoons of ice-cold water if the consistency looks too thick).
• Heat a large pan over a medium heat. Add the coconut and toss in the pan for 1 to 2 minutes until lightly toasted.
• Serve the sorbet in champagne coupes and eat straight away with a sprinkle of the toasted coconut and mint leaves.

THREE-INGREDIENT MANGO SORBET

Steps:

• Place frozen mango chunks in a food processor; let stand 5 minutes to thaw slightly. Add maple syrup, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon water. Process, scraping down sides, until smooth and thick (if too thick, add up to 1 tablespoon additional water), about 2 minutes.
• Pack into a resealable container and freeze until firm, at least 1 hour and up to 1 month.

MANGO AGAVE SORBET

Steps:

• Combine cubed mango, orange juice, lime juice, and tequila in a food processor; process until smooth. Pour the mixture into a bowl, and stir in the agave nectar and 1/3 cup water. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
• Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Spoon sorbet into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze 8 hours or until firm.
