Steps:
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients together.
- In a attractive jar "bell" fill the jar full. After the jar is filled replace the lid securely. Then cover the top of the jar with a 9' or 10' inch circle or fabric. Tie the fabric and gift card or recipe card onto the jar with raffia or ribbion.

An attempt at a high-protein snack bar made from whole foods. It's more delicious, healthier, cheaper, and has less packaging than the store-bought bars. But it's also messier!

Steps:
- Combine rice cereal, oat cereal, nuts, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
- Pour agave and sugar into a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat until boiling, 3 to 5 minutes. Boil for 1 minute. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract; stir until peanut butter is melted, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal mixture; mix well. Spray a 10x15-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Press mixture into the pan. Let stand until firm and set, about 30 minutes.
- Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.

TRAIL COOKIE MIX IN A JAR
Steps:
- Mix flour and baking powder together.
- Layer ingredients in order given in a 1 quart "wide mouth" canning jar. Press each layer firmly in place before adding next ingredient.
- On a card write the following directions:
- 1. Empty jar of cookie mix into large mixing bowl. Use your hands to thoroughly blend mix.
- 2. Add: 1 stick butter or margarine, not diet, very soft; 1 egg, slightly beaten; 1 teaspoon vanilla (opt)
- 3. Mix until completely blended. You will need to finish mixing with your hands.
- 4. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Place 2" apart on sprayed baking sheets.
- 5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-14 minutes until edges are lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes on baking sheet. Remove cookies to racks to finish cooling.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine the nuts, seeds, and cheese nips in a large bowl.
- Combine the butter, cumin and garlic powder in a microwaveable cup.
- Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds or until butter is melted.
- Place the chili sauce, chipotle, orange juice concentrate and butter mixture into a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour sauce over nut mixture, stirring to coat.
- Spread mixture in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with the cayenne pepper if using.
- Let cool before packing into jars or containers.
