Ice cubes
1/2 cup pineapple juice (4 oz)
3 tablespoons gin (1 1/2 oz)
1 tablespoon cherry-flavored brandy (1/2 oz)
1 tablespoon lime juice (1/2 oz)
1 1/2 teaspoons orange-flavored liqueur
1/8 teaspoon aromatic bitters
1 pineapple slice
1 maraschino cherry with stem

Steps:

In tall or hurricane glass over ice, mix pineapple juice, gin, brandy, lime juice, liqueur and bitters. Garnish with pineapple slice and cherry.

1 1/2 ounces orange-infused vodka
1/2 ounce cherry flavored liqueur
1/4 cup ginger liqueur
1/2 ounce lime juice
2 ounces pineapple juice
1 dash bitters
1/4 ounce grenadine

Steps:

In a cocktail shaker add all of the ingredients, except the grenadine. Add ice and shake, then pour into glasses filled with ice.
Top each with a splash of grenadine and garnish with an orange twist.
