Steps:
- Combine the cauliflower and garlic in a large pot, cover with water and season with salt. Bring to a simmer and cook until tender, 15 to 17 minutes. Drain the cauliflower and put in a food processor. Add the sour cream, parmesan and butter; puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and return to the pot.
- Mix the turkey, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, parsley, mustard, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, egg and yolk in a bowl.
- Roll the turkey mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Preheat the broiler. Broil the meatballs until browned, about 4 minutes.
- Combine the mustard, Worcestershire sauce and 2 cups broth in a large skillet over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Stir in the allspice. Whisk the cornstarch and remaining ¼ cup broth in a small bowl, then whisk the mixture into the skillet and bring to a boil. Slowly add the milk, whisking constantly.
- Add the meatballs to the skillet. Simmer until cooked through and the sauce has thickened, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cauliflower mash. Top with parsley.

Steps:
- To make the meatballs, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, cream, parsley, mustard, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Mix together well with your hands. Scoop out 1-tablespoon portions and roll them into balls with your hands. Place the meatballs onto parchment-lined baking sheets and put the baking sheets in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes for the meatballs to firm up.
- To brown the meatballs, heat the olive oil in a heavy pot or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pot. Cook, turning the meatballs to make sure they brown all over, 5 to 7 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.
- Freezer instructions: Put the cooked meatballs in a single layer on baking sheets and put into the freezer. When frozen, divide them into freezer bags, 25 per bag, and return them to the freezer.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Generously coat 18 standard muffin cups (from two 12-cup muffin pans) with cooking spray.
- Put the oats in a small bowl and slowly pour the milk over them. Stir to make sure the oats are all coated and then let them sit for a few minutes.
- Put the turkey and bacon in a separate large bowl and add the oats and any extra milk from the bowl to it. Add the parsley, seasoned salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and 1/4 cup of the ketchup. Use your hands to mix it all together. Place a 1/4-cup scoop of the mixture in each greased muffin cup. Squirt about 1/2 teaspoon of the remaining ketchup on top of each meatloaf. Use a spoon to smear the ketchup evenly over the top, then use it to nudge the edges of the meatloaves away from the pan a bit (this just neatens them up a little).
- Bake for 25 minutes, then carefully squirt another 1/2 teaspoon of ketchup on top of each, spreading it carefully with a spoon to cover as much of the surface as possible. Continue to bake until completely cooked through and sizzling around the edges, about another 30 minutes. If there are any large areas without ketchup, go ahead and squirt/spread more as needed.
- Sprinkle the meatloaves with parsley, then let them sit in the pan for 5 to 7 minutes before serving. Run a sharp knife around the edges of the loaves to loosen them if they stick. Serve them warm with a veggie on the side

Steps:
- Soak the Texas toast in the milk in a shallow bowl for 10 minutes.
- Add the turkey, sausage, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, onion and some salt and pepper to a bowl. Add the Texas toast and milk. Mix together (the bread will get broken up as it mixes) and form 3 oversized balls.
- Heat some oil over medium heat in a small Dutch oven. Add the meatballs and carefully brown/sear the surface, moving them around to keep their shape. The meatballs should be somewhat crowded in the small pot.
- Pour in the marinara and add water if needed to cover. Bring to a simmer, cover and simmer, carefully turning the meatballs halfway through, until cooked through, about an hour.
- To serve: Plate up the bucatini and top with the sauce and meatballs. Garnish with parsley and basil.

BBQ MEATBALLS (COURTESY OF PIONEER WOMAN)
These really are so delicious, folks. They're almost like little "meatloaf balls", with a lot more flavorful surface area than a big slice of meatloaf. And the sauce is just a classic sweet/sour ketchup concoction and it makes you think of Grandma. My kids love this dish, which is a miracle. And they're delicious warmed up the next day and placed on a toasted sandwich bun with melted mozzarella on top. Yikes. *Note that these meatballs are not in the same category of regular Italian meatballs that would go in Spaghetti and Meatballs-those have more of a breadcrumb/parsley/Parmesan flair. These are more in the comfort food/meatloaf category. If you'd like to serve them with pasta, regular egg noodles tossed in a tiny bit of melted butter would be divine.
