Pumpkin Spice Cappuccino Mix Recipes

PUMPKIN-SPICED IRISH COFFEE

Steps:

• If the pumpkin spice mixture is not warm, heat it in a small saucepan or microwave. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat, whisking as it heats, until it simmers and becomes foamy, 3 to 4 minutes. (Alternatively, microwave the milk until it's hot and then whisk.) Add the warm pumpkin spice mixture into the warm milk and continue to whisk until frothy.
• To serve, divide the hot coffee and whiskey between two tall heat-resistant glasses or mugs. Divide and stir the pumpkin-milk mixture into the glasses, stirring to keep the foam up, until smooth. Top with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
• Make the pumpkin mix: In a medium saucepan, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, sugar, molasses, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring, 2 to 3 minutes. If not using immediately, transfer to a storage container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.

PUMPKIN PIE CAPPUCCINO (#1 AND #2)

Steps:

• Pumpkin Pie Spice: Mix together and store in tightly covered container.
• Pumpkin Pie Cappuccino (1): Combine about 4 ounces of light cream with 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice*, steam lightly.
• Fill two heavy mugs about half full with your favorite coffee.
• Top each with steamed cream/spice mixture.
• Garnish each with 2 Tablespoons whipped cream, and a tiny sprinkle of pie spice*.
• (If you like, you can add a drop of yellow and red food coloring to the cream before it is whipped to make it pumpkin colored.) Pumpkin Pie Cappuccino (2): Foam (steam) the milk.
• Combine ingredients in a 6 ounce glass or mug.
• Mix well.
• Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.

PUMPKIN SPICE CAPPUCCINO MIX RECIPE

Steps:

• 1-Combine dry ingredients well; store in an air-tight container. 2-To use, combine two tablespoons of mix with one cup of boiling water.

PUMPKIN SPICE-HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

Steps:

• Use pulsing action of food processor to process unsweetened chocolate into small pieces.
• Add dry pudding mix, instant dry milk, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla; pulse 10 to 12 times or until well blended. Pour into airtight container. Store at room temperature up to 3 months.
• FOR EACH SERVING OF HOT CHOCOLATE:
• Spoon 1/4 cup Hot Chocolate Mix into large microwaveable mug. Add 1 cup milk; stir. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.; stir. Microwave and stir in 15-sec. intervals until hot chocolate is heated through; stir. Top with 2 Tbsp. marshmallows.

PUMPKIN SPICE COFFEE RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a medium sauce pot and heat through, making sure not to boil, stirring occasionally.
• Serve hot, or over ice!
• Top with whipped cream (optional).

PUMPKIN SPICE

Steps:

• In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves. Store in an airtight container.

PUMPKIN SPICE COFFEE

Steps:

• Mix the ground coffee, allspice, and cinnamon in a small bowl, and place into the filter of a drip coffee maker. Pour 4 cups of water into the coffee maker, and turn on the machine. When coffee has finished dripping, pour into 2 cups. Stir in cream and sugar to taste.
