Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces cinnamon vodka (RumChata is a substitute)
1 ounce vanilla vodka
1/4 C pumpkin puree
2 ounces of cream
Sugar for rimming cocktail glass

Steps:

Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice
Shake (HARD! have to mix the pumpkin)
Wet the rim of a martini glass and rim with sugar
Pour drink in glass and serve immediately

2 ounces vanilla vodka
1/2 ounce cream liqueur
1/2 ounce pumpkin liqueur
Optional: 1 teaspoon whipped cream
Garnish: cinnamon stick

Steps:

Gather the ingredients.
In a small dish, combine the finely crushed graham cracker, sugar, and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice, mixing into an even consistency. Pour a bit of Irish cream into a second small dish. Rim a cocktail glass by dipping the rim into the Irish cream, then rolling it in the graham cracker mixture, tapping off any excess. Place the glass in the freezer for a quick chill while making the cocktail.
In a cocktail shaker , pour the vanilla vodka, 1 1/2 ounces of Irish cream, pumpkin purée, and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice. Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds.
Strain into the prepared cocktail glass .
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

¾ (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vanilla flavored vodka
½ (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger creme de cacao
1 pinch pumpkin pie spice
1 cup crushed ice

Steps:

Place graham cracker crumbs in a shallow dish. Coat rim of martini glass with honey, and dip into graham cracker crumbs to coat.
Combine milk and pumpkin puree in a cocktail shaker, and shake to combine. Pour in vodka and creme de cacao, and add ice. Shake well, and then strain into prepared martini glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
