Steps:
- Remove any rinds from hard cheeses. Cut cheeses into 1/2-inch cubes.
- Place cheese, wine, butter, herbs, and garlic in a food processor and blend until smooth, 2 minutes.
- Serve as-is or refrigerate for at least one hour for a firmer consistency. This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.

- In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise and ketchup until smooth. Add the relish, chives, garlic and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Garnish with additional chives if desired. Serve with crackers.

Homemade Sweet & Spicy Pepper Relish Cheese Spread, with its spicy jalapeno peppers, sweet syrup and cream cheese base, will be a crowd pleaser.

Steps:
- Mix warm water, salt, and garlic powder until salt is mostly dissolved to make brine. Pour brine over diced peppers. Let sit 10-30 minutes (depending on how much time you have).
- Pour brine off peppers and rinse well (2-3 time) using cold water and squeeze to remove excess water. Set aside.
- In a medium sauce pan add sugar and vinegar. Bring to a boil and boil for 5-8 minutes until mixture begins to thicken like a syrup.
- Remove from heat and add drained peppers. Stir. Let cool and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Warm cream cheese in oven (300 degrees for 8-10 minute to soften. Place on serving dish. You may also serve cheese at room temperature).
- Carefully spoon pepper relish to top of cream cheese.
- Serve with crackers, salami or toasted baguette rounds.

- Process the cream cheese, cranberry sauce, orange zest and juice until smooth, then pulse in your pecans. Spread on a bagel!
FRIED CHEESE RAVIOLI WITH TOMATO PEPPER RELISH AND ARTICHOKE CAPER DIP

- In a straight-sided skillet, heat 2-inches of oil, over medium-high heat. Oil is ready when the tip of a wooden skewer is inserted and the oil bubbles around it. When oil is ready, carefully fry ravioli until golden brown, about 1 minute per side. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- For Tomato Pepper Relish: In small bowl, combine red peppers and tomatoes. Stir in brown sugar and balsamic vinegar; set aside.
- For Artichoke Caper Dip: In small bowl, combine artichoke hearts, capers, mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan cheese, and lemon juice; set aside.
- Serve ravioli hot with Tomato Pepper Relish and Artichoke Caper Dip.

SWEET RED PEPPER RELISH/SPREAD

- Cut ham into large cubes. Grind cubes in food processor until finely chopped or pureed.
- Place chopped ham into a bowl.
- Place the rest of the ingredients, except for the mayonnaise and sweet relish, into the food processor and process until well mixed.
- Add the ham back to the processor containing the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
- Place the mixture into the bowl and add the mayonnaise and sweet relish. Mix until well combined. Taste for seasoning and add more ketchup, mustard, relish, or anything else that you feel would meet your taste and liking.
- Chill at least 1 hour or more for flavors to blend (not included in prep time).
