Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Spread the sausage, bacon, or ham evenly in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Spread cheese over meat. I use 4 cups of cheese, but you can use less if you prefer to reduce the calories.
- In large bowl, beat together milk and eggs. Pour over cheese. (May be refrigerated overnight at this point).
- Top with frozen tater tots.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Some ovens may take more or less time. Cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Remove the casing from the Breakfast Sausage (12 ounce). In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the sausage and cook halfway through, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain fat if necessary.
- Whisk together Egg (8), Whole Milk (1 cup), Salt (1 teaspoon), Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon), and Onion Powder (1 teaspoon).
- In a large bowl, toss together Frozen Tater Tots (32 ounce), sausage and Cheddar Cheese (8 ounce). Pour into baking dish. Pour the egg mixture all over. Sprinkle more cheese if you wish.
- Bake uncovered for 45 to 55 minutes, or until eggs are set.

- Preheat oven to 350F. In a skillet heat and crumble sausage until browned and cooked through. Drain grease and sit sausage aside. In a 8x8 baking dish, whisk together the eggs, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir in whole milk or cream. Whisk well so that there are no lumps of seasoning. Whisk in 3/4 of crumbled sausage and half of cheese into the baking dish. Pour in tater tots. Arrange tater tots in a semi single layer. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and top with the rest of cheese and and sausage. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and tater tots are hot! Garnish with freshly parsley (optional)

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir sausage and onion in the hot skillet until sausage is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and cool.

- Cook sausage and onion until done; break into small pieces. Drain and set aside.
- Combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard into mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Grease a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish with the butter or margarine.
- Layer the cubed bread, sausage, and 1/2 cup cheese into dish.
