Chips of chocolate and butterscotch are a doubly delicious addition to these lovely layered cookie bars.

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup butter or margarine, melted
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch-flavored chips
1 ⅓ cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (325 degrees F for glass baking pan). In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; mix well. Press crumb mixture firmly on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan.
  • Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumb mixture. Layer evenly with remaining ingredients; press down firmly with fork.
  • Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Chill if desired. Cut into bars or diamonds. Store covered at room temperature.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F if using a glass pan). In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; mix well. Press the crumb mixture firmly onto the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Pour condensed milk evenly over the crumb mixture. Layer butterscotch chips, followed by chocolate chips, coconut and walnuts. Press down firmly with a fork. Bake 25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Let cool. Chill if desired. Cut into bars or diamonds. Store leftovers covered at room temperature.

2 cups butterscotch chips
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup salted peanuts
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Melt butter in a saucepan or microwave; pour into a 9x13-inch baking dish, tilting to coat. Sprinkle on the graham cracker crumbs; press mixture with your hands to form a crust.
  • Layer the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and peanuts over the graham cracker crust. Pour the condensed milk over the layers.
  • Bake in preheated oven until edges begin to brown, about 20 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1 (14oz/300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup Skor toffee bits
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
½ cup almonds, chopped
½ cup walnuts, chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 13×9 inch pan. Add parchment paper to pan leaving some excess to hang over sides. Lightly grease the parchment paper.
  • Add butter and graham cracker crumbs to a small bowl and stir to combine. Press graham cracker mixture to the bottom of the pan.
  • Pour on sweetened condensed milk over top.
  • Top with butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, toffee bits, coconut flakes and nuts.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool in pan before removing to cut into squares.
