1 cup HEINZ Ketchup Blended with Sriracha Flavor, divided
2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs, beaten

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Reserve 1/2 ketchup for later use. Mix remaining ketchup with remaining ingredients just until blended.
  • Shape into 9x7-inch loaf on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet; top with reserved ketchup.
  • Bake 1 hour or until done (160ºF).

1 1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. sriracha
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
3/4 c. panko bread crumbs
1 large egg, beaten
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
6 pieces greenleaf lettuce
1 large beefsteak tomato, sliced
1 large red onion, sliced
8 slices crusty country bread

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375° and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and Sriracha and set aside.
  • In the bowl of a food processor add onion, carrot, celery, parsley and garlic. Pulse until combined, then transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add salt, pepper, panko and egg and mix together with a spoon. Add meat and 1/2 cup Sriracha-ketchup sauce, then mix by hand until just incorporated.
  • Divide meatloaf into 4 equal parts. Shape each into a rectangle about 1" high and place on parchment paper. Spread 1 tablespoon sauce on each piece using back of a spoon or a brush, then bake for 20 minutes.
  • Assemble sandwiches by layering lettuce, tomato, onion and meatloaf between 2 pieces of bread. Serve with remaining sauce.

1 pound ground pork
1 pound ground beef
1/2 medium yellow onion (chopped small)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons ketchup
2/3 cup plain dry breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic (or garlic powder)
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients together in a small sauce pan. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 - 25 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Serve.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine ground beef, pork, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, ketchup, breadcrumbs and eggs together in a bowl. Use your hands to mix well.
  • Form into a large loaf. Carefully move to a baking sheet. Reform into a loaf if needed. Top with 1/3 of the Sriracha BBQ sauce. Bake in preheated oven 45 - 60 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with 1/3 more of the Sriracha BBQ sauce.
  • Slice and serve alongside remaining Sriracha BBQ sauce.

½ cup salsa
½ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 cloves garlic, minced
dried parsley to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the ground sirloin, salsa, bread crumbs, cheese, egg, and garlic. Season with parsley, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a 5x9 inch loaf pan.

1 cup crushed saltines
1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Pat meat mixture into an ungreased 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 minutes., Combine the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and nutmeg; spread over top. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink and a thermometer reads 160°. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup finely chopped onion
½ cup finely chopped green onions
1 carrot, finely chopped
1 rib celery, finely chopped
1 tablespoon minced garlic
⅔ cup ketchup, divided
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1 ½ teaspoons ground black pepper
1 ½ pounds ground beef
¾ pound spicy ground pork sausage
1 cup bread crumbs
⅓ cup minced fresh parsley
2 large eggs, slightly beaten

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Heat butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onion, green onions, carrot, celery, and garlic until fragrant, about 5 minutes. Cover skillet with a lid and cook, stirring occasionally, until carrot is tender, about 5 more minutes. Stir 1/3 cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper into vegetable mixture; cook until warmed through, about 1 minute.
  • Mix ground beef, sausage, vegetable mixture, bread crumbs, parsley, and eggs in a large bowl; form into a loaf and place in a rectangular baking pan with 2-inch high sides. Cover loaf with remaining 1/3 cup ketchup.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375° and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and Sriracha and set aside

Meatloaf
1lb 80/20 organic ground beef
1 egg
1/3 cup of milk
1/2 cup of bread crumbs or panko
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp fresh tyme
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, chopped
Glaze:
1/4 cup sriracha
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl and comine with your hands until well mixed. Press together and form a loaf being careful not to over pack the loaf. Place the formed loaf in a cast iron skillet. Smooth out the top to be almost flat. In a separate bowl mix together the glaze. Once the sugar has incorporated into the mix use a spoon to spread over the meatloaf. Some of the glaze will be left over for after the loaf cooks. Make sure to coat the sides of the meatloaf. Place in middle of the 350 degree oven and cook for 50mins to 1 hour until done. At 50 mins the meatloaf should be juicy and done and the glaze should be set. Remove and let stand for five minutes. Slice, serve and enjoy with a side of arugula salad.
