Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Place Parmesan cheese, olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, salt, and potatoes into a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag, then shake to coat the potatoes with the seasoning. Spread the potatoes over a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, about 25 minutes.

These potato wedges taste awesome!! They have just the right amount of spice to be hot, but not overwhelmingly hot. I like that they are baked and not deep fried so it cuts out a lot of the fat, they are super simple to make, and taste great.

- Combine potatoes and oil in a large bowl or plastic bag, tossing well to coat.

- Preaheat the oven to 525°F
- Scrub and quarter the potatoes (you can peel them if you like - I never do and I think the skins make them crispier) and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle seasonings over potatoes and toss to coal well.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray the foil with cooking spray.

- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the melted butter, olive oil, seasoned salt, cayenne, parsley, and 3 tablespoons of the Parmesan.

- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or use a nonstick baking sheet).
- Cut the potatoes into 8 wedges each and arrange on the prepared baking sheet. Melt the butter over low heat, add the parsley and garlic and give the mixture a quick whisk.
