HOMEMADE BEER BREAD
This easy homemade Beer Bread recipe is soft and tender on the inside with a delicate, buttery crust. It really is the easiest of all quick bread recipes! Simply stir a handful of ingredients together and bake - prepped and ready to enjoy in one hour!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
- Melt two tablespoons of butter and set aside to cool. Slice remaining butter into 6 to 8 pieces and set aside.
- Whisk together all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add beer and stir just until almost combined. Add melted butter and stir to combine.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and top with slices of butter.
- Bake for 50 to 65 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Brush with additional melted butter if desired.
- Let cool in loaf pan for 15 minutes before removing to a cooling rack. Serve with butter and honey if desired. Or better yet, top with my honey butter!

- Special equipment: one 8 1/2-by-4 1/2-by-2 1/2-inch glass loaf pan
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F; generously grease the loaf pan with butter.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, beer, rosemary and Parmesan in a large bowl until evenly incorporated yet slightly lumpy. Transfer to the prepared loaf pan. Bake until golden and a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean, 45 minutes. Unmold onto a rack and let cool. Cut into 1-inch slices and serve with butter.
COWBOY JACK'S BEER BREAD
This rich and tasty beer bread recipe is from a 200-year-old horse ranch in West Texas.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Beat the beer and brown sugar together in a mixing bowl to make a smooth mixture. Add the baking powder, and gradually stir in the flour to make a smooth dough. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
- Remove the bread from the oven, and pour melted butter over the top. Return to the oven, and continue baking until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, about 10 minutes more. Cool in pan 5 minutes before turning out onto a rack. Cool bread 10 minutes more before slicing.

- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder (if using).
- Slowly pour in the beer, then add the honey. With a rubber spatula, stir gently, until the foaming subsides and you no longer see dry bits of flour. The batter will be very stiff. Gently fold in any desired mix-ins. Don’t over mix; as soon as the flour disappears it is good to go.
- Spread the batter into an even layer in the prepared loaf pan, then drizzle the melted butter on top and brush to spread it evenly over the batter. Bake for 38 to 42 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean (I like to use an instant read thermometer. When the bread reaches 200 degrees F in the center, it is done).
