PB&B SWEET POTATO TOAST RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Cut sweet potato into thin slices, about ¼ inch (6 mm) thick.
• Place in toaster and set it to the maximum cook time. When it pops, flip the sweet potato slices over and toast 1 more time. Depending on the strength of your toaster and your preferences, you may need to toast it 1 more time after that.
• Remove from toaster and let cool enough to handle.
• Spread peanut butter evenly across sweet potato toast and top with sliced banana.
• Sprinkle with cinnamon.
• Enjoy!

SWEET BUTTER TOAST

Steps:

• Spread butter on slices of bread.
• Sprinkle sugar evenly on slices of bread.
• Place the bread in an oven toaster and toast for about 3 minutes.
• When ready to serve, sprinkle with a little of parsley flakes.

SWEET BUTTER TOASTS

Steps:

• Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, if desired. Melt the butter on a heavy griddle over medium heat. Coat both sides of the bread slices with the melted butter on the grill and arrange on grill. Sprinkle with sugar. Once bread has nice grill marks, about 2 minutes, flip over and grill the sugared side for 2 minutes until caramelized. Transfer the toasts to a plate, sugar side up. Cool slightly, then cut diagonally in half. Eat toasts sugared side down.

TWICE-BAKED SWEET POTATOES WITH BROWNED BUTTER AND TOASTED MARSHMALLOWS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Rub olive oil onto the outside of each sweet potato and sprinkle sea salt over each. Arrange sweet potatoes on the prepared baking sheet.
• Bake in the preheated oven until a sharp knife easily pierces the potato, 50 to 60 minutes. Cool sweet potatoes until easily handled, 10 to 15 minutes.
• Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat until solids begin to brown and smell nutty, 5 to 8 minutes.
• Slice potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop insides into a large bowl. Add browned butter, cream cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper and mash using a potato masher until smooth. Spoon mixture back into the sweet potato skins and top each with 1/4 cup marshmallows. Place sweet potatoes back onto the baking sheet.
• Bake in the oven until warmed through and marshmallows are toasted, about 10 minutes.

Steps:

• Put bread in toaster and toast it for however long you would like.
• Spread butter across bread with as much as you want.
• Sprinkle sugar over toast; lean toast over so excess sugar will fall off.
• Sprinkle cinnamon over toast; lean toast over so excess cinnamon will fall off.
