WORLD'S BEST SPINACH DIP
This is my mother's recipe. I have no idea where she got it from, but everyone always raves about it and begs for the recipe. You can use vegetables, tortilla chips, or crackers to dip. I love this recipe because all the ingredients are fresh, not frozen. I hope you love it!

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- I add the spinach last because it gives the cream cheese longer to soften, making it easier to stir.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
ULTIMATE SPINACH DIP
This is the ultimate spinach dip! It is made from fresh spinach leaves and spring onions. I'm always asked to bring this along to major family events and, of course, during the holidays. It may be served at once, but tastes best when chilled for an hour. Serve with slices of sourdough baguettes.

THE BEST SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP
This is our best version of the classic party dip. It's savory and creamy with a slight tang from sour cream and Parmesan -- so hard to resist. We like to use frozen whole leaf spinach and chop it ourselves for more control over the finished texture of the dish.

Steps:
- Position a rack in the upper third of the oven and preheat to 350 degrees F. Spray a 1-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Put the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic in a large bowl. Mix vigorously until combined and smooth. (If you prefer, you can use a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.) Add the spinach to the cream cheese mixture, breaking it up as you add it. Add the artichokes, mozzarella and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan, mixing to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan.
- Bake until the dip begins to bubble, 20 to 25 minutes. Turn the oven to broil and continue to cook, keeping an eye on it so it doesn't burn, until the top is golden brown, about 5 minutes. Serve warm with crackers, chips or toasted bread.
THE BEST SPINACH DIP #1
Ok, I am aware that there are many spinach dips posted, but not this one. I am posting this one and believe it or not another one. This one is #1 because it was the first of the best two that I have had. I honestly cannot decide which one I like best, so sometimes I make this one and sometimes the other. This one is a knorr soup recipe, but it is different than the others because it has a packet of ranch in it. I have seen some with knorr soup mix, but no ranch and some with ranch and no knorr soup. This one has both and it really is fabulous! EDITED THIS TO NOTE: I originally had 1 cup of sour cream on this recipe which was an error! It is 2 cups...which is why some reviewers thought it was too salty.

BAKED CREAMY SPINACH DIP
I'm a fan of classic dishes but frequently tweak them a bit to suit my family's tastes. My cheesy spinach dip is a little lighter than other versions I've seen and pairs well with bagel chips. -Jenn Tidwell, Fair Oaks, California

CREAMY CHEESY SPINACH DIP
This recipe doesn't contain mayo or sour cream like most, so it's very cheesy and very delicious. I'm asked for the recipe every time I make it. For those who don't want a strong cheese like Cheddar, you can replace it with anything you like or even leave it out altogether. I like adding the Cheddar because it adds color and a little more flavor.

SPINACH DIP
An unbaked spinach dip. Unlike many other spinach dips this one is served deliciously cold. Enjoy! You can replace the red bell pepper with minced carrot or cucumber, or try using a combination of the three.
