Steps:
- Fill each cup with about 1/4 cup yogurt. Place berries, water and sugar in a food processor; pulse until berries are finely chopped. Spoon 1-1/2 tablespoons berry mixture into each cup. Stir gently with a pop stick to swirl., Top cups with foil; insert pop sticks through foil. Freeze until firm.

Steps:
- Chill martini glasses.
- Put ice cubes in a shaker. Pour in vodka, cream de cassis, amaretto, and lemon/lime soda.. Squeeze in lime juice. Shake. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fresh cherry.
BERRY-MI-SU: BERRY-ME-UP

Steps:
- Open the ladyfingers and separate them.
- Strain the frozen berries over a bowl, reserve juice. Combine defrosted raspberries with sliced strawberries and blackberries.
- Line 4 martini glasses with a single layer of ladyfingers, letting the cakes overlap a bit at the stem. Press the cakes down a bit to fit the lines of the glass. Paint the ladyfingers with raspberry juice, liberally. Beat cheese with cream and sugar on low, 2 minutes. Spoon berries, then sweetened mascarpone into glasses. Top glasses off with a cap of the ladyfingers dotted with berry juice and more mixed berries.
PEACH AND RASPBERRY ALMOND SWIRLS
Steps:
- Line a sieve with cheesecloth or paper towels and suspend it over a bowl. Pour the yogurt into the sieve and allow it to drain, refrigerated, for 3 hours or overnight.
- Place the thickened yogurt into a medium bowl and add the almonds (reserving 1 tablespoon for the garnish), honey, vanilla, and orange zest. Thin with peach nectar until it is a desirable consistency.
- Add the raisins, peach (reserving 1 tablespoon for garnish) and raspberries (reserving 2 tablespoons for garnish). Spoon into individual bowl or glasses and garnish with the reserved almonds, peach and raspberries.

Steps:
- preheat oven to 350.
- line a 10 inch square ovenproof dish with waxed paper and grease well.
- beat the egg yolks with 2/3 of the sugar in a bowl, till pale and fluffy.
- beat in the vanilla seeds and then stir in the yogurt, lemon rind and juice and the flour.
- in a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites till stiff, then gradually whisk in the rest of the sugar to form soft peaks.
- Fold the whisked whites into the yogurt mixture.
- turn the mixture into the prepared dish.
- place the dish in a roasting pan and pour in enough cold water to come about halfway up the outside of the dish.
- bake in the oven for about 20 minutes till the mixture is risen and just set.
- Sprinkle the pistachio nuts over the cake and then bake for an additional 20 minutes till browned on top.
- serve the cake warm or cooled and chilled with creme fraiche and a spoonful of passion fruit drizzled over the top.
- alternatively, sprinkle with a few fresh berries (your choice).

BERRY YOGURT CRUNCH
Yogurt, fresh berries, and a surprise ingredient give this dish a somewhat cheesecake-like flavor but with a fraction of the fat and calories. Let the berry-yogurt mixture chill awhile so flavors mingle and mellow. Make a flavor change by substituting instant white chocolate pudding mix. I've served this for dessert, but it's good as a breakfast treat, too!

- Combine the yogurt and pudding mix in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in 2 cups of the mixed berries and the cereal until blended. Pour the yogurt and berry mixture into a 9 inch pie plate. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate 2 hours.
- Meanwhile, place the remaining 1 cup of berries in a medium bowl and slightly mash with a fork. Stir in the sugar and lemon juice. Set mixture aside at room temperature.
- Spoon chilled berry-yogurt mixture into serving dishes. Top with a spoonful of mashed berries, and whipped cream, if desired.
