AIR FRYER FROZEN TURNOVER PASTRIES
Different brands frozen turnoveres all vary in size, thickness, ingredients (some with more sweetener might brown quicker, different flours, etc. ) so you'll have to adjust timing. Only cook a single layer's worth at time for even cooking. Cook in multiple batches if needed.All air fryers are different and some cook much hotter than others. Once you cook your first batch, you'll know more of what works for your model of air fryer and size of food. These were tested on basket style air fryers. Read more recipe notes below the recipe. Nutrition will vary depending on individual brands.

Steps:
- Place the frozen pastries in the air fryer basket and spread in an even layer (make sure they aren't overlapping). No oil spray is needed.
- Air Fry at 360°F/180°C for 8 minutes. Flip the pastries over and continue to Air Fry at 360°F/180°C for another 6-8 minutes or until to your preferred doneness.

AIR FRYER THREE-CHEESE TURNOVERS
Creamy ricotta, sharp provolone, and salty pecorino blend together to create the perfect cheesy filling for these easy-to-prepare appetizer-sized turnovers.

Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 375˚ F. Combine the ricotta, provolone, pecorino, egg, basil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl; mix well.
- Roll out the puff pastry just to remove the creases; slice into 16 equal squares. Dollop a tablespoonful of the cheese mixture onto a pastry square. Lightly brush the edges with melted butter, fold in half to form a triangle and pinch closed; crimp the edges with a fork. Repeat with the remaining pastry squares, refrigerating the finished turnovers on a parchment-lined pan while you form the rest.
- Brush the tops of the turnovers with more melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place 5 or 6 turnovers in the air fryer basket and cook until puffed and golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with the remaining turnovers. Serve with warm marinara sauce.
AIR FRYER NUTELLA® MINI TURNOVERS
Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place puff pastry on a very lightly floured surface and roll to a 9x12-inch rectangle. Cut into twelve 3-inch squares with a sharp knife. Place about 1 teaspoon chocolate-hazelnut spread in the center of each square; sprinkle with hazelnuts. Fold each square diagonally to form a triangle.
- Whisk together egg and water in a small bowl. Brush egg wash over the edges of each pastry triangle; press to seal.
- Arrange turnovers in a single layer in the fryer basket and cook in batches until well browned, 5 to 7 minutes per batch. Cool turnovers on a rack.

- Preheat air fryer to 425°. In a bowl, whisk eggs; set aside 1 tablespoon of eggs. Combine the spinach, feta cheese, garlic, pepper and remaining beaten eggs. , Unroll pizza crust; roll into a 12-in. square. Cut into four 6-in. squares. Top each square with about 1/3 cup spinach mixture. Fold into a triangle and pinch edges to seal. Cut slits in top; brush with reserved egg. , In batches if necessary, place triangles in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. If desired, serve with tzatziki sauce.

- Cook Stewed Cinnamon Apples following the instructions in this post. Place on a plate and allow to cool slightly.
- Remove puff pastry sheet from the freezer and allow to thaw partially. Then cut the sheet into 4 squares and brush the edges of each square with the egg.
