Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Pulse butter, cheddar, flour, salt, cayenne pepper, and paprika in a food processor until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add heavy cream; pulse until just combined.
- Divide dough into 4 pieces; shape into rectangles. Wrap each in plastic. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
- Working in batches, roll out each rectangle on a lightly floured surface to a 1/4-inch thickness, and cut into 1-inch squares. Transfer to a baking sheet leaving at least 1/4 inch between each. Refrigerate until chilled and firm, about 20 minutes. Bake until pale golden, 15 to 17 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine olives, green onions, Cheddar cheese, curry powder, mayonnaise, and salt. Mix well.
- Spread mixture on English muffins. Cut the English muffins into fourths. Note: If you want to freeze these, now is the time! Arrange the muffin pieces on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 10 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 400°. Flatten bread slices with a rolling pin; brush tops with butter. Set aside., In a large skillet, cook beef and celery over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and celery is tender, 8-10 minutes, breaking beef into crumbles; drain. Stir in bread crumbs, curry powder and garlic salt., Spoon beef mixture evenly among bread slices. Roll up bread slices; secure with toothpicks. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, 12-15 minutes. When cool enough to handle, discard toothpicks and cut each roll-up crosswise into 3 slices. If desired, serve warm with cucumber raita and chopped fresh cilantro.

- In food processor blend together cream cheese, imperial cheese, and curry powder. Form in a ball on your serving plate and put in fridge for at least an hour, the longer you refrigerate, the more curry flavor you get! Spread chutney on top and sprinkle with the coconut, pecan and currant mixture. serve with apple, celery, crackers and pretzels! Delicious!

CURRIED CHEDDAR DATE BITES
Steps:
- Chop walnuts and in a small skillet cook in oil over moderate heat, stirring, until lightly toasted. Cool nuts slightly.
- Preheat broiler.
- Coarsely grate apple and finely chop dates. In a bowl stir together all ingredients except pitas until combined well.
- Horizontally split pitas and arrange, cut sides down, on a large baking sheet. Broil pitas about 4 inches from heat until golden and crisp, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Remove baking sheet from oven and turn pitas over. Divide Cheddar mixture among pitas, spreading evenly. Broil pitas until cheese mixture begins to bubble, about 2 minutes. Cut each pita into 6 wedges.
