Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, olive oil, oregano, basil and parsley. Place bread on a baking sheet and top with tomato mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until bottom of bread has browned.
- Allow to cool about 5 minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Place piece of aluminum foil on shallow baking pan; set aside. Using a serrated knife, make cuts 1 inch apart across entire loaf of bread, stopping about 1/4 inch from bottom to leave crust intact. Turn loaf 90 degrees and cut again across entire loaf (bread should resemble grid pattern). Place on foil.
- Stir together cheese, drained tomatoes, oil, basil and garlic powder in medium bowl. Gently separate bread with fingers and spoon cheese mixture between cuts.
- Pull foil up around bottom of bread; cover top with another piece of foil. Bake 20 minutes. Uncover top; bake 10 minutes more or until cheese melts and top is crisp. Serve immediately.

- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Blend the mayonnaise and chopped artichoke hearts. Mix in both cheeses and garlic. Beat on high until smooth.
- Spread the mixture across the tops of each slice of French Bread; cover every inch of the top of the bread all the way to the edges; arrange bread on baking sheet.
- Broil the Bruschetta for 2-3 minutes or until the tops are turning golden and the cheese is bubbling.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place mini fillo shells in and bake for about 5 minutes.
- Chop tomatoes up, place in a bowl and add basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste- stir together and set aside.
- Grab a plastic baggie and a cup or a bowl. Fit the baggie in to the cup so that you can scoop the garlic and herb cheese into it. Fold up like you would a pastry bag and cut the tip off. This makes it easy and quick to get the cheese into shells.

- Thinly slice the onion and bell pepper. Chop the sausage (without the casing) into small bits. In a medium to large frying pan add the olive oil, minced garlic, thinly sliced veggies, sausage and spices.
- Cook on medium heat (uncovered) until tender and sausage is browned, stirring occasionally. Once it is cooked, move the topping to a clean bowl to cool, then add the shredded cheese and stir to combine.
