3 tablespoons mayonnaise
8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 pound thinly sliced deli chicken
1 medium apple, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter, softened

Steps:

Spread four waffles with mayonnaise; top with half of the cheese. Layer with chicken, apple and remaining cheese. Top with remaining waffles. Spread outsides of sandwiches with butter., Toast sandwiches in a large skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until waffles are lightly browned and cheese is melted.

1/4 cup, plus 2 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Sandwich Spread & Dip - Spicy Chipotle Pepper & 4 ounces pepperjack cheese
OR 1/4 cup, plus 2 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Sandwich Spread & Dip - Smoked Bacon Ranch & 4 ounces American cheese
OR 1/4 cup, plus 2 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Sandwich Spread & Dip - Country Herb Ranch & 8 ounces muenster cheese
OR 1/4 cup, plus 2 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Sandwich Spread & Dip - Oven Roasted Garlic Parmesan & 8 ounces provolone cheese
1 Granny Smith apple, cored, peeled and thinly sliced

Steps:

Spread on the love. Spread one side of each piece of toasted bread with 1 tablespoon of your favorite Hidden Valley® Sandwich Spread & Dip flavor. Choose your cheese. Pick the corresponding cheese and put a slice of cheese on each piece of prepared bread, on the spread side. Add the veggies and fruit. Simply divide the apple slices, dried cranberries and onions into 4 equal portions and layer on 4 of the prepared slices. Layer on the meat and eat. Divide the deli meat into 4 equal portions and place on the veggies and fruit side of the slices. Top each deli meat-topped slice with a cheese-topped slice and dig in!

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5 ounces each)
1 large egg
1/2 cup plus 1/3 cup maple syrup, divided
1 cup finely chopped pecans
2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
3/4 teaspoon plus 1/8 teaspoon salt, divided
1/2 teaspoon plus 1/8 teaspoon pepper, divided
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
8 frozen waffles, toasted

Steps:

Flatten chicken to 1/2-in. thickness. In a shallow bowl, whisk egg and 1/2 cup syrup. In another shallow bowl, combine the pecans, bread crumbs, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with pecan mixture., In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in oil in batches for 5-6 minutes on each side or until no longer pink. Meanwhile, combine the mustard, vinegar and remaining syrup, salt and pepper., Drizzle 1 tablespoon sauce mixture over each of four waffles; top with chicken and drizzle with remaining sauce mixture. Top with remaining waffles.
