HOT FUDGE CAKE (CROCK POT)

Steps:

• In a large mixing bowl, mix together 1 cup brown sugar, flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
• Stir in the milk, melted butter and vanilla.
• Place the baking chocolate square pieces on bottom of crock pot.
• Spread the brown sugar/cocoa mixture over the bottom of the crock pot.
• In another bowl, mix together 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa powder. Sprinkle over the mixture in the crock pot. Add nuts if using.
• Pour in the boiling water. DO NOT stir mixture.
• Cover crock pot and cook on HIGH 2-3 hours or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
• Serve hot fudge cake warm with vanilla ice cream.
• Yield is estimated.

CROCK POT HOT FUDGE CAKE RECIPE - (4.6/5)

Steps:

• Spray a 2-3 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, sift together flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Then stir in milk, oil and vanilla extract. Give it all a good stir until combined, then fold in nuts (if using). Spread batter evenly into your slow cooker. In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa powder. Stir in hot water until smooth. Pour evenly over batter in slow cooker. DO NOT STIR. Cover and cook on high setting for 2-2 1/2 hours To test if it is done, stick a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean (with no cake batter hanging on it), then it is done. Let cake stand, uncovered for 30-40 minutes before serving.

CROCKPOT HOT FUDGE CAKE

Steps:

• Mix Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 Tablespoons cocoa, milk and vanilla. Pour into greased crockpot. (I use a 3.5 quart).
• Mix remaining 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa and hot water and pour over batter in crockpot. Do not stir together.
• Cook on high for 2 - 2.5 hours.
• When it's done, the cake will have risen to the top, floating on the hot fudge sauce. YUM!

CROCKPOT HOT FUDGE CAKE

Steps:

• 1. In medium mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream and oil for 2 minutes
• 2. Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray, then transfer mixture into crockpot
• 3. Cook on High for 1.5 hours or until done (Check often as I have had several people tell me that cooking times have varied for them quite a bit.)
• 4. Once done, remove lid from crockpot and spoon out portions of this ooey-gooey delieciousness into bowls.
• 5. After you've transferred each portion into a bowl, drizzle each portion with Hot Fudge Sauce and serve with a side of ice cream.

CROCK POT HOT FUDGE CAKE - WW 4 POINTS

Steps:

• Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
• Whisk skim milk with dry pudding mix in crock pot until dissolved.
• In a medium bowl, mix dry cake mix, water, applesauce and egg whites with whisk for two minutes until blended.
• Very gently pour cake mixture over pudding mixture. DO NOT MIX!
• Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 hours.
• Serve hot.

CROCK POT HOT FUDGE SUNDAE CAKE

Steps:

• Spray inside of 2- 3 1/2 quart crock with cooking spray.
• Mix flour, sugar, 2 TBS cocoa, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.
• Stir in milk, oil and vanilla until smooth.
• Stir in nuts.
• Spread batter evenly in slow cooker.
• Mix brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa in small bowl.
• Stir in hot water until smooth.
• Pour evenly over batter in crock.
• Cover and cook on high 2- 2 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
• Turn off crock.
• Let cake stand uncovered 30- 40 minutes to cool slightly before serving.
• Spoon warm cake into dessert dishes.
• Spoon sauce over top.
• 6 servings.
