1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon thyme
¼ teaspoon rosemary
salt and ground black pepper to taste
5 red potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a roasting pan.
  • Stir olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; add potatoes and toss to coat. Transfer potatoes to prepared roasting pan.
  • Roast in preheated oven, turning occasionally, until tender in the middle, 40 to 45 minutes.

1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Cook potatoes, onion and garlic in boiling water in large covered saucepan 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain.
  • Beat potato mixture in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Gradually beat in mustard, butter and milk until mixture is smooth and well blended. Stir in parsley. Serve immediately.

24 ounces red baby potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon whole grain Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray. In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes; drain well. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, garlic, honey, thyme and rosemary; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Place potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet. Salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Pinch ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon whole grain Dijon mustard
Freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Fill a large saucepan about halfway, with warm water. Bring to a simmer. Peel and slice potatoes, and add them to the simmering water. Add a few pinches of salt, increase the heat, and bring to a boil. Check the potatoes with a knife. If the knife has some resistance, continue simmering the potatoes until the knife comfortably slides through the potatoes. When the potatoes have cooked through about 15 minutes, drain them in a large colander. Add them back to the saucepan. To the saucepan, add the milk and butter, followed by a the nutmeg. Mash potatoes until smooth. Stir in Dijon mustard. Season with more salt and pepper, to taste.

125ml semi-skimmed milk
1 tbsp butter
4 tbsp crème fraîche

Steps:

  • Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add the potatoes and boil for about 15 mins or until tender. Transfer to a colander and drain well, then return to the pan and set over a very low heat for 2 mins to dry completely.

Steps:

  • On a cutting board, peel the potatoes. Place the potatoes in a large bowl of cold water after peeling to avoid discoloration.
  • Cut the potatoes into 1-inch (2 cm) cubes.
  • Add the potatoes to a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 12 minutes.
  • In a small saucepan, bring the milk, heavy cream, and garlic to a simmer over low heat.
  • Remove the pot from the heat and strain the cream through a fine mesh sieve.
