- Sift the sugar, cocoa powder, flour, and salt into a large skillet or saucepan. Add the milk and whisk to combine. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened, 7-10 minutes. Remove from the heat.
- Stir in the vanilla and butter until the butter is melted and well incorporated.
- Serve immediately over buttermilk biscuits, pound cake, ice cream, or as a dip for your favorite fruit.

- 1. Pour sweetened condensed milk into a skillet.
- 2. Add flour and cocoa powder.
- 3. Using the back of a large cooking spoon, mix ingredients together thoroughly mashing all the lumps out with the spoon.
- 4. Add hot water, stirring well.
- 5. Heat to boiling on medium heat stirring constantly.
- 6. When gravy thickens, remove from heat and add butter and vanilla/flavoring.
- 7. Spoon over crumbled biscuits and Enjoy!

- Whisk all the dry ingredients together.

- Add the vanilla flavoring, stirring it in until fully combined.
