FIRESIDE COFFEE
This is not your regular cup of hot chocolate. It's gets an extra kick from the coffee. I keep this stuff made up all the time and love to make it using decaf so I can enjoy a cup in the evening. This is good stuff!

I was given this as a gift one christmas, and enjoyed it. I finally asked for the recipe so that I could share it with my co-workers. I do NOT add the cinnamon or nutmeg.

A simple but rich coffee that is ideal for the Holiday Season or anytime that you're in the mood for something a bit special. The recipe says that it will make 4 servings but that is for huge mugs 16 oz mugs. Smaller mugs or cups will give you more servings. Cook time is however long your coffee pot takes.

Carefully remove the caramelized sugar discs from the baking mat and place 1 disc on top of each mug. Crack the sugar with a spoon, let it fall into the coffee and stir to dissolve.
