HG HOT COUPLE: YOGURT-MARINATED GRILLED CHICKEN

Steps:
- Place chicken in a medium bowl, top with yogurt, and stir to coat completely. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Skewer the chicken onto skewers, packing the pieces together tightly.
- Spray a grill or a grill pan lightly with nonstick spray, and bring it to medium-high heat.
- Grill for 10 to 12 minutes, covered, carefully flipping about halfway through cook time.
- Once cool enough to handle, pull the chicken off the sticks and eat!

- Bring a grill pan sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat. Place the burgers in the pan, working in batches as needed. Cover and cook until cooked through, about 6 minutes per side. Serve and enjoy!

- Place the artichoke in a large microwave-safe bowl, base down, and add about 1/2 inch of water to the bowl. Cover it and microwave for 6 to 8 minutes. Let it stand for 1 to 2 minutes before uncovering. The leaves should detach easily from the artichoke. Drain the water and allow it to cool slightly.
