Don't let the name throw you! These are the best margaritas I've ever made at home! No blender needed. Just mix and pour. Try this just once, they won't disappoint!

Provided by Steph R Chef

Categories     Beverages

Time 5m

Yield 48 oz., 4-6 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 4

12 ounces frozen limeade concentrate
12 ounces tequila (top shelf not necessary)
12 ounces Sprite
12 ounces beer

Steps:

  • Grab a pitcher to mix all ingredients.
  • Add all ingredients and stir.
  • Rub the edges of your margarita glasses with a cut lime or Rose's Sweetened Lime juice and dip in margarita salt or kosher salt.
  • Add ice to your glasses and pour the mix inches.
  • Notes:.
  • Your limeade can still be frozen, the alcohol and Sprite will melt it.
  • Also, your average bud light, modelo, or corona will do. No need for special microbrews. We use Modelo and it is perfect!

BEER MARGARITAS

Beer Margaritas image

Who would believe that beer would be the perfect solution to eradicating fluorescent green margaritas? Well, it is! Best to use not-so-micro brews to avoid an overpowering beer flavor. Use the limeade can to measure the ingredients, and adjust with extra water if the mixture seems too sweet. Straining the pulp is always a good idea, unless, of course, you like pulp!
